Important information about donations from individuals
Donations from non-South African residents are NOT subject to South African donations tax. This means supporters from Europe, the US, and elsewhere can contribute freely.
Individual SA donors have an annual exemption of R100,000. Only amounts exceeding this are taxed at 20%.
Tax benefits and structure for business partnerships
Corporate support is structured as SPONSORSHIP (not donation), which means it is 100% tax-deductible as a business expense with no limit on deductibility.
The Voice The Love Universal Trust is a registered family business trust in South Africa (Registration No. IT000092/2026(C)), registered under the Trust Property Control Act 57 of 1988, Section 6(1). Letters of Authority were issued by the Master of the High Court, Cape Town on 23 January 2026.
